Urlo Creativo is a multidisciplinary creative studio based in Milan, working across brand identity, design, product development and art direction for clients including Ducati, Rossignol, Colmar, OVS and Velasca.
The challenge
As a young studio, they needed a website that could present their work with the same care they put into it — and that their own team could keep up to date without a developer. Their portfolio changes constantly: new projects, new clients, new collaborations. A site frozen behind code would fall out of date within months.
The build
We built the site with Next.js and Sanity, in Italian and English, with a mobile-first design shaped around the studio's identity: bold typography, full-bleed imagery, and a clear path from first impression to booking a consultation.
The key decision was the CMS. Instead of a generic setup, we modeled the Sanity Studio around exactly what the team publishes — projects, clients, services, people — and nothing more. No unused fields, no clutter. Adding a new project or client logo takes minutes, not a support ticket.
The outcome
The site launched on time and the team now manages all content independently. The client highlighted how efficient the process was and how easy the site is to maintain — the pain point that brought them to us in the first place.

Skills
I designed the mobile UI and developed the site, and I continue to handle maintenance and SEO.
- Mobile UI — designed in Figma around the studio's visual identity
- Development — Next.js front end with a tailored Sanity schema, modeled around the studio's actual content needs
- SEO — metadata, Open Graph, structured content and performance tuning
Maintenance — ongoing support as the studio grows
